About Us

The Aquarium Shop in Westbury Long Island, NY is the premiere establishment for all of your saltwater, reef, planted and freshwater aquarium needs.

It was founded by a partnership of Joseph Caparatta and Mike Park who combined have over 50 years in the aquatics industry. They assumed ownership and management of the formerly Aquarium Village location in early 2022.

Joe brings his years of experience owning Manhattan Aquariums and Unique Corals while Mike brings his decade of experience managing local fish stores and working in the coral facility at ORA in Florida.
