The Triton ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry) test uses plasma heated to 10,000 degrees Kelvin to provide accurate saltwater aquarium test results. The test provides results for over 20 different elements, including how to replenish depleted elements or remove excess elements.

The test can identify contamination, depletion, and excess of elements down to the trace level.
